Crossroads School In the past there were three schools in Grange, but only one of these, Crossroads School, is still in existence.

Grange School was built on the Ladyhill beside the site of the Abbey of the Monks of Kinloss and, in 1843, Crossroads School was built at the junction of the Keith to Cullen and Starhill to Edingight roads to educate the children who attended the Free Church of Scotland.  Sillyearn school was originally completed in 1827, and was rebuilt in 1876.

Grange School was closed in 1966 and Sillyearn in 1967, leaving Crossroads as the only remaining school in Grange.

In recent years the school roll at Crossroads has hovered around the 40 mark and, in spite of being under threat of closure around 1990, is still going strong.

A new head teacher, Mrs Gail McIntosh,  was appointed in 2000 to replace Miss Addison, who had been headmistress for twelve years before she retired. Many exciting activities, including after school clubs for which funding was obtained take place at the school and are enjoyed by all pupils.
